Teen Mental Health First Aid

Mental health challenges are increasingly prevalent among adolescents, and equipping students with the skills to offer support can make a significant difference. The Teen Mental Health First Aid course is designed to teach students how to provide initial peer-to-peer support to friends or classmates who may be experiencing mental health issues or crises. Delivered by Growth Hunting’s trained facilitators, this course provides essential knowledge and practical skills to help students recognise and respond effectively to mental health concerns.
